John Simmonds, Chairman

Mr. Simmonds has over 40 years of experience in various sectors, including electronics, golf, horse racing, casinos and the online world, but most extensively in the wireless business. He also has considerable experience building teams, operating systems, and distribution networks. Mr. Simmonds has particular experience with public corporations, having held many high-level management and board positions throughout his career.

In addition to his roles at Newlook, Mr. Simmonds is currently Chairman and CEO of Wireless Age Communications, Inc., CEO of Gamecorp Inc. (CNQ: GAME, OTCBB: GAIMF), Chairman and CEO of Racino Royale, Inc (OTCBB: RCNR), TrackPower, Inc. (OTCBB: TPWR), and Chairman of Lumonall, Inc. (OTCBB: LUNL).

During his career, Mr. Simmonds has acquired or created many corporate entities. These include the following:

Clublink Inc. - Mr. Simmonds founded Canada's largest golf course owner/operation with enterprise value of over $1 billion.
Dynacharge - sold for $10 million to Duracell.
Glenayre Electronics - taken public in 1991 on Nasdaq for $80 million, peaked at $3 billion in early nineties.
Intek Diversified - sold for over $500 million to Securicor in 1996.

Brian Usher-Jones

Mr. Usher-Jones has been a merchant banker since 1995 and was the former President of MB Capital Corporation and Thomson Kernaghan Co. Ltd., an investment banking firm in Toronto, Canada. He has served as a director of various public companies, including Wireless Age Communications, Inc., Xplore Technologies Corp., Calvalley Petroleum Inc. and Oromonte Resources Inc. Mr. Usher-Jones is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University.

Albert Pope

Albert Pope has over thirty years of experience in international corporate finance and business management. He is a principal of XTnrgy, a company that develops distributed energy systems. He began his business career on Wall Street where he held senior positions at the Deltec Securities unit of Deltec Banking, and at J.P. Morgan, where he was the officer responsible for Latin America within the Corporate Finance Division. Mr. Pope also served as President of Montenay Energy, the U.S. subsidiary of Montenay, S.A., a leading French company in energy and waste management. Over the last several years he has been a consultant, advisor or director of several corporations, not-for-profit institutions, and government agencies both in the USA and abroad, including the New York State Energy Research and Development Agency (NYSERDA), while remaining active as an investor and director of operating businesses in energy, environmental sciences, and transportation. He is a graduate of Harvard University.

Carrie J. Weiler

In addition to her role at Newlook, Ms. Weiler provides professional public company corporate secretarial services to various entities, including InterAmerican Gaming, Inc. (formerly Racino Royale, Inc. — appointed September 2006), Gate To Wire Solutions, Inc. (since 1998), and Lumonall Inc. Ms. Weiler is a member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries.
