John Simmonds, CEO

Mr. Simmonds has over 40 years of experience in various sectors, including electronics, golf, horse racing, casinos and the online world, but most extensively in the wireless business. He also has considerable experience building teams, operating systems, and distribution networks. Mr. Simmonds has particular experience with public corporations, having held many high-level management and board positions throughout his career.

Jason R. Moretto, President and COO

Having garnered experience serving in executive roles and as a director for a number of Canadian and U.S. public companies, as well as having worked in investment banking and accounting, Mr. Moretto focuses on evaluating capital investment and acquisition projects as Newlook executes its growth strategy going forward. Mr. Moretto is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified General Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Gary Hokkanen, CFO

Mr. Hokkanen is a seasoned executive-level financial manager with over 10 years of experience in public company financial management. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of Newlook's subsidiary, Wireless Age Communications, Inc. since May 2003. Mr. Hokkanen is a Certified Management Accountant and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.

Carrie J. Weiler, Corporate Secretary

In addition to her role at Newlook, Ms. Weiler provides professional public company corporate secretarial services to various entities, including InterAmerican Gaming, Inc. (formerly Racino Royale, Inc. — appointed September 2006), Gate To Wire Solutions, Inc. (since 1998), and Lumonall Inc. Ms. Weiler is a member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries.
