OCT 23, 2008 -- Appointment of new auditors
Toronto - Newlook Industries Corp. (TSXV: NLI) today announced that the Company has changed auditors.
Effective October 16, 2007, SF Partnership, LLP ("SF Partnership") resigned as the Company's principal accountants. Upon the resignation of SF Partnership the audit committee, on behalf of the board of directors, selected and approved the appointment of Mintz & Partners, LLP ("Mintz") of Toronto, Ontario as principal accountants and successor auditors for the Company. Mintz will audit the financial statements of the Company, beginning with the audit of fiscal year ended September 30, 2007. The Company did not have any disputes with SF Partnership relating to its audit of the Company's financial statements.
The Company thanks SF Partnership for the professional manner in which they completed their duties over the last few years.
