("Vertex"), operating as 'Millennium Data Systems' ("Millennium") announce that they have extended the closing deadline to May 31, 2008 for the transaction to acquire Vertex announced on March 14, 2008. The due diligence period has been extended to satisfy receipt of all requisite documentation and in order to facilitate the transaction's review by the TSX Venture Exchange.
