NEWLOOK SHAREHOLDERS MEETING POSTPONED

TORONTO, ONTARIO — August 24, 2009 — Newlook Industries Corp. ("Newlook") (TSXV: NLI) announced today that it has postponed its Annual & Special Meeting of shareholders, which was planned for September 11, 2009.

The Company expects to hold the meeting sometime in late fall.
